1 tbl of turmeric powder
salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Ground “Lamb” Mixture

1. In a food processor chop up the onions and garlic and then add in the remaining ingredients and pulse until you have turned in the mixture in to a paste.

2. Take the mixture out and fry it up with a little oil in a pan, keeping it in pieces or chopping it up or whatever you would like, either way it is delicious just make sure you cook it through.

The “Secret” White Sauce
Mix all ingredients together and add a tablespoon or two of water to thin the sauce out. Put in a squeeze bottle and enjoy the shit out of it on anything!

Yellow Rice

Chop half of an onion and mince two cloves of garlic.
Heat oil on medium high heat in a sauce pan and add in the onion until caramelized (4-5 minutes).
Drop in the garlic and keep cooking for another minute.
Add in the rice, water, turmeric powder and salt and pepper.
Wait until the mixture boils then put a lid on the pot and turn the heat down to low.
Cook the rice for 10-15 minutes until it is tender.
You can always add more water if the rice starts to dry out in the cooking process.

Hot Sauce

Cut the stems off of 10-12 peppers and toss them in a food processor (take out the seeds if you want less spice).
Add around 1/4 cup of the pepper pickling mixture.
Add in the two cloves of garlic and a few chunks of onion (1/4 cup).
Pulse for 10-15 seconds or until everything has minced up together. Enjoy some spicy fire sauce!
