1 pound of Beef Chuck |
The "secret" White Sauce |
2 Cups of Mayonaise |
Yellow Rice |
1 tbl canola oil |
Hot Sauce |
1 tbl canola oil |
Steps |
Ground “Lamb” Mixture 1. In a food processor chop up the onions and garlic and then add in the remaining ingredients and pulse until you have turned in the mixture in to a paste. 2. Take the mixture out and fry it up with a little oil in a pan, keeping it in pieces or chopping it up or whatever you would like, either way it is delicious just make sure you cook it through. The “Secret” White Sauce Yellow Rice Chop half of an onion and mince two cloves of garlic. Hot Sauce Cut the stems off of 10-12 peppers and toss them in a food processor (take out the seeds if you want less spice). |
