– In a pan render bacon strips. Once bacon is cooked remove, but keep the fat in the pan. Thinly slice your onions and add them to bacon fat pan, and cook on medium low heat for about 10 minutes until soft. After 10 minutes add some thyme, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and place in a jar.

Herb Butter

Ingredients:

Butter
Olive Oil
Parsley
Garlic
Salt
Pepper

– In a bowl combine butter, olive oil, chopped parsley, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix, and place in the fridge.

Ingredients:

Cheddar
Gouda

– Grate cheddar cheese and gouda cheese, mix.

Ooey Gooey Grilled Cheese

– In a pan heat olive oil on medium heat and add 2 slices of bread. On the untoasted sides spread garlic herb butter, and flip (so butter side is now down). Add onion jam to one slice then add bacon. On the other slice add tomato. Top both sides with cheese and sandwich together. Using a heavy pan (cast iron) press down. Flip and press again. Enjoy!

The Mexican Falafel

Mexican Falafel

Black Bean Falafel

Dried/canned chickpeas
Dried/canned black beans
1/2 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 Handful of cilantro
1/2 Juice of a lime

– In a food processor pulse onion, garlic, cilantro lime juice, salt and pepper. Pulse until finely chopped, and can be clumped together. Heat frying oil in a large skillet or deep pot. Form falafel balls and drop into oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes, flip and fry again for 1 minute. Drain on paper towels and season with salt while hot.
**When frying falafels your oil has to be hot ideally 350 degrees. If you’re oil isn’t hot enough the falafel balls will break down in the oil.**

Baja Sauce

1 Red bell pepper
1/2 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 handful of cilantro
3 Tablespoons of sour cream
1/2 Juice of lime

– In a food processor blend bell pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper for 2 minutes. Strain out liquid. In a bowl combine sour cream, lime juice, and bell pepper mixture.

Beef Pho

– Open Cup of Noodle add teaspoon of Five-Spice powder and Hoisin sauce and fill with hot water and cover. Let noodles sit for a few minutes. Pull lid off and mix noodles. Then add roast beef, basil, fish sauce, sprouts, squirt of lime, and Jalapeno. Mix and slurp!

Thai Coconut Curry

– Open Cup of Noodle and fill half with coconut milk, add green curry paste, sweet peppers, and Shiitake Mushrooms, fill with hot water, cover and let sit for a few minutes. Peel off lid and mix together. Add cilantro and squeeze of lime, mix again and eat!

Chicken Tikka Masala

– Open Cup of Noodles add curry powder and tomato sauce. Then add chickpea, and sliced grilled chicken. Add hot water but don’t fill all the way, you want it to be creamy like Tikka Masala. Cover and let sit for a few minutes. Peel off lid and add yogurt, mix and add cilantro. Enjoy!

Kimchi Tofu

– Open shrimp Cup of Noodle and add gochujang pepper paste, (add more or less depending on how spicy you like it) sliced kimchi and diced tofu. Add hot water, cover and let it sit for a few minutes. Peel back lid and add chopped scallion, mix and eat!

Smoked Salmon Miso

– Open Cup of Noodle and rinse it out with water, you don’t really need the seasoning broth. Add miso paste, some sliced smoked salmon, and chopped scallions. Add hot water, cover and let sit for a few minutes. Peel off lid and mix together. Then add more smoked salmon, seaweed, sliced red chili peppers, scallion, and egg yolk. Mix and slurp it up!

– Cook your bacon and chop. Put into a blender with salt and pulse. (If you want a more intense smoky flavor add smoke salt

– Chop your bacon and put it into a pan and cook down. Pour all that yummy bacon grease into a jar or bowl and let it cool down. Once it solidify you can roll it out into a log and wrap in saran wrap. Now you have bacon butter! (You may find it easier to chop the bacon when it is frozen)

Bacon Cupcake

Ingredients

Batter-
(You can use store bought too)

Baking Powder
Baking Soda

– You can use store bought pancake/cupcake mix if you want but if not…Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and eggs until smooth. Splash in some milk and maple syrup. Add a few dashes of vanilla extract and sprinkle in bacon salt and your cooked chopped bacon. Mix again and pour into greased cupcake holders. Bake around 350-400, and top with bacon butter cream (recipe below).

– Heat butter or bacon butter in a pan till melted and pour batter onto hot pan. Once bubbles start to form flip! Top with maple syrup for yummy maple bacon pancakes!

Bacon Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients

1 stick of Butter
2 Teaspoons Bacon Salt
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Melted Bacon Butter
Milk or Cream

– In a bowl combine 1 stick of room temperature butter, bacon salt, powdered sugar, melted bacon butter and a splash of milk or cream. Mix till smooth. Top your Bacon Cupcakes with this sweet salt bacon butter cream!

– Mix brown sugar and cayenne pepper together and coat uncooked bacon. Place on a rack and bake in the oven (350-400) till crisp and dark!

Spicy Cornbread Pancakes with Spicy Syrup

Ingredients

Cornbread Mix
1 Egg
Sriracha
Milk

Spicy Syrup

Maple Syrup

– In a bowl wish cornbread mix, egg, Sriracha, and milk till batter consistency forms. Melt butter in a pan on medium heat. Scoop batter on to pan, and flip once you see tiny bubbles forming. Remove pancakes. Fry and egg. In a bowl (container etc) mix Sriracha sauce and maple syrup till combined. Top pancakes with spicy syrup and fried egg.

Sweet, Spicy, and Sticky Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Flour
Chicken Wings
Garlic
Sriracha
Soy Sauce
Rice Vinegar
Honey
Chopped Peanuts
Sesame Seeds

– Pour flour into a bag, add wings and shake up (you can also use a bowl to combine, the bag is just easier and you can just throw it away after). In a deep pan or pot heat oil on medium heat. Once the oil is hot drop in the wings and fry for 10-15 minutes till golden, drain on a paper towel (If your not sure that your oil is hot just sprinkle some flour into the oil, if it bubbles then it’s ready). In a pan drizzle oil and fry some chopped garlic, add Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Mix and reduce till thick. Add wings, chopped peanuts, and toss. Top with sesame seeds!

Brown Sugar
Cashews
Water
Ginger
Sriracha
Sesame Seeds

– In a deep pan or pot add brown sugar, cashews, and water. Reduce on medium heat occasionally stirring. Grate ginger, drizzle Sriracha, and sprinkle sesame seeds. Cook out liquid till sticky. Spray a sheet of tin foil with non stick spray, and let cashews cool. Place nuts in a bowl and enjoy!

Spicy “Tuna Roll”

Ingredients

Spicy Mayo

Mayo
Rice Vinegar
Sriracha

“Tuna Roll”
Canned Tuna Fish
Celery
Sesame Seeds
Cucumber
Carrot
Avocado
Tortilla
Cheese
Spinach

– For the spicy mayo combine mayo, rice vinegar, and Sriracha. Open a can of tuna fish and drain. Place tuna into a bowl, add chopped celery, sesame seeds, salt, and drizzle with spicy mayo to taste, mix. Slice a cucumber into think strips, do the same with cucumber and avocado. Sprinkle cheese on
a tortilla and microwave for 15 seconds. Top tortilla with tuna, cucumber, carrot, and avocado. Roll! Heat oil in a pan and dry the roll on all sides. Slice like sushi and top with sliced spinach and drizzle with spicy mayo.

1 Egg
Sriracha
Brownie Mix
Milk

Spicy Caramel Sauce

Sugar
Butter
Sriracha
Cream

– Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl combine egg, Sriracha, brownie mix and milk. Spray oven safe dish ,(you can use cupcake tins too) and add spicy brownie mix. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. For spicy caramel sauce melt sugar in a pot, constantly stirring. Once melted add cubed butter and Sriracha, mix till butter is melted. Add cream, mix and let cool. Top brownie with ice cream, and spicy caramel sauce!
